"El Maestro" is the pen name of American free-lance cartoonist
and caricaturist Bob Rounkle, who resides on the island of Ibiza, Spain.

His outrageous one-panel political satire cartoons, as well as his
cartoon strip GROK are widely published in Europe.
His animations and cartoons for websites can be seen all over the WWW.
In America his work has been published by King Features Syndicate
(see:"The New Breed"). His caricatures are among the best on the Net.
